Terms & Conditions
To ensure the best service for all our clients, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions, which you are bound by upon booking an appointment:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment, provided the cancellation/rescheduling is made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- Treatments booked as part of a package or special offer are non-refundable.
- 24-Hour Notice: To avoid cancellation fees, we request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), a £50 cancellation fee will be charged. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a £10 late fee will be charged. If you are too late to receive treatment, you may be asked to reschedule. The late fee will still apply even if no treatment is given.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: For your safety, please avoid booking treatments if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once a treatment has started. All treatments are final once administered.
Consultation Policy
Mandatory Consultations:
All new clients must attend a consultation prior to any injectable treatment.
- £20 with prescriber (non refundable)
- £20 with Shizrah Aesthetics
Returning Client Exception
If you are an existing client and have already had the same intended treatment you are now booking for within 12 months from your last visit, this policy does not apply to you.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections Exception:
This exception does not apply to Anti-Wrinkle Injections. A new consultation is required before every Anti-Wrinkle appointment, even if you have had this treatment with us before, with no exception for returning clients.
Stand-Alone Consultations
If you choose to have your consultation on a separate day to your treatment, and want just a consultation on its own, the consultation fee is £20.
Non-Deductible Policy
Please note, consultation fees are separate and are not deducted from the treatment cost.
IV and Vitamin Injections
Independent Prescribing Policy:
Due to health and safety regulations governing IV and vitamin injection treatments, all required consultations must be carried out by professional third-party prescribers rather than in-house practitioners at Shizrah Aesthetics.
IV and vitamin consultations must be prepaid and booked with a prescriber, costing £30 which is strictly non-refundable, and consist of a phone consultation lasting approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
Clinical Suitability:
Shizrah Aesthetics does not assess or determine your medical suitability to receive these treatments. The final decision regarding your eligibility rests entirely with the independent third-party prescriber.
Facilitation Service:
For your convenience, you may choose to pay the applicable fee through Shizrah Aesthetics, and we will coordinate and arrange the consultation with a qualified third-party prescriber on your behalf.
Laser Hair Removal
Mandatory First Appointment:
This is your essential first step before starting laser hair removal, whether you are planning a full course or paying as you go.
Assessment & Goal Setting:
Your practitioner will carefully evaluate your skin and hair type, discuss your personal goals, and review your medical history.
Patch Test:
A patch test (exposing a small, controlled area to the laser) will be performed to confirm how your skin reacts before any full treatment begins. The patch test costs £20.
